Cyril Miranda began her piano studies at the age of three in Havana, Cuba, in a school for talented young musicians with perfect pitch. In 2018, only three out of 200 pianists were awarded a full scholarship in the Art Institute of Cuba--she was one of them. Until the age of 23, Cyril continued studying piano performance and teaching methods with honors.
During her years of university, she studied under the prestigious piano teacher Teresita Junco, having the opportunity to learn not only piano but teaching methods as well. Inspired by Ms. Junco, in 2008, Cyril began teaching young kids and adults, being her passion for more than a decade.
Cyril has performed with excellent musicians in France, Italy, USA, and Cuba. She has played in several recognized concert halls such as Carnegie Hall, Adrianne Arsht Center, Basilica Menor de San Francisco de Asis, Amadeo Roldán Theater and Mozarteum Concert Hall.
